This fantastic stylish sieve/strainer works like the old Mouli sieves. It takes far less time and effort to puree soups and fruit than using the usual sieve and wooden spoon - one of my least favourite jobs.In fact it takes seconds rather than minutes.

The sieve is made of strong stainless steel into which you insert an easily attached wooden paddle and stainless steel handle mechanism. A few effortless turns of the handle and the food is pureed. To wash, simply remove the paddle mechanism. The sieve can also be used on its own without the attachment fitted inside.
