Wet & Dry Grinder

£38.00

Another essential for me!  As itís name suggests this powerful little machine processes both wet and dry ingredients.

It grinds, chops or purees in seconds.  Chopping fresh herbs such as parsley by hand, will become a thing of the past if you are in a hurry, as will a pestle and mortar, as itís brilliant for grinding spices, making pastes, marinades and dressings as well.  It comes with a small spatula to make removing ingredients easy.

The small size of the grinding bowl combined with the lethally sharp blade which reaches right to the edges of the bowl, is what makes this machine so clever as it chops or grinds small quantities very finely and very quickly.  I find that most processors, even the smaller Ďbowledí ones are too big to chop or grind small quantities.  Herbs and spices are almost always used in small quantiteis in home cooking.

A must-have – in my opinion thereís nothing like it!
