Seive-Strainer

£40.00

Two turns of the handle and HEY PRESTO! - puree in seconds, whether it be fruit, soup, vegetables or any such thing! It couldn’t be simpler or quicker. I really wouldn't be without mine - this fantastic Sieve/Press/Strainer works like the old mouli sieves.

It takes far less time and effort to puree fruit and soups etc. than with the usual sieve and wooden spoon, which, we all know, takes AGES! Some soups are vastly improved by sieving: tomato and celery being just two examples. Those pips are stringy bits really are horrid if not sieved out.

Great for soft fruits like gooseberries (no need to top and tail, with this ), damsons - complete with stones, and pippy raspberries… I could go on…

The mechanical contraption in the middle is easily removed for washing, and to use it as a regular sieve.
