Serving Suggestions

Bearing in mind that we eat with our eyes in the first instance, I think the way food is presented is very important. Presentation shouldnt be fussy, but with a few simple but beautiful platters, dishes and bowls it can be transformed into a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds! The right dish in the right size makes all the difference, whether it be rustic food served in the rustic style or something more elaborate.

Jade Round Serving Platter

£42.00

OUT OF STOCK

The famous Jars Ceramic factory in France has been making this gorgeous stoneware since 1857. The stunningly beautiful coloured glazes make these standout pieces. Some are crackle glazed.

Each piece is handmade and due to the high firing temperature is oven, microwave and dishwasher proof.

Better still, it is very strong, chip-proof and doesn’t wear out or lose its colour with daily use.

And, best of all, with my ‘presentation is everything’ hat on, I think it makes food, both sweet and savoury and at any time of year, look utterly gorgeous!

These pieces would make very special and original presents too.

Jade Serving Platter - 32.5cm x 5.25cm. This platter is crackle-glazed, with a mottled pattern and is the same colour underneath.
