Give your recipe repertoire a spring clean with these delicious, inspirational, easy and quick recipes. They can largely be prepared in advance, so that you can get ahead and float around frazzle-free, clasping a cocktail and looking as elegant as your food when your guests arrive.

The format is an informal morning when I demonstrate a variety of different recipes. The small size of the group encourages much relaxed chatter and a variety of cookery queries that I hope I can answer! All the food that is cooked is eaten amongst the group as it is ready and suffices as lunch for that day. Everyone will receive a folder of the recipes demonstrated to take away.

This demonstration is an individual one and not part of a course and costs £60.00 per person. It will start promptly at 10.00 am with coffee served from 9.30 am onwards and last for approximately 3 hours.
